And my twitter name is staffannoteberg. I give public courses in Personal productivty and Regex. Let me know if you want any of these courses in-house at your company. They are easily adjusted in length and skill level to suit you." The meta header had staffan as the first optimized keyword. This keyword is followed by nöteberg, staffan nöteberg, and java which isn't as important as staffan. The other words staffannoteberg.com used was pomodoro. pomodoro technique is included but could not be viewed by search parsers.
